Mike Alix was born and raised in Meriden, Conn. and has been part of the Advent Christian denomination all his life. He began as Senior Pastor of Blessed Hope Advent Christian Church in Waterville, Maine in October of 2010 and serves there currently. He attended Nyack College and received his B.S. in Youth Ministry. In 2008 he graduated from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with an MDiv. Mike and his wife, Erica, have been married for 6-years. They have two young boys: Joseph (4) and Gideon (2) which keep them plenty busy when they are not engaged with ministry responsibilities.

Kent Davis is part of our church in South Eliot, Maine. He and his wife Deanna, serve on the board at SEACC and are active members there. Kent leads worship each Sunday and works in the full time sector selling heating oil and propane. Over the last 30 years, Kent and Deanna have been part of our AC camps in Mechanic Falls, Washington, Alton Bay, Lakeside, Harbinger, Camp Green and Camp Advenchur. Kent’s passion is discipleship, especially with teenagers. Kent has served as youth director, camp director, campground board member and has served on the AC National Youth Commission. Born and raised in Maine, Kent loves being part of the state and even more, loves being an Advent Christian! He currently serves as the vice president of the
Maine State Conference.

Josh Blackstone resides in Waterville, Maine where he is the Central Maine Territory Manager for Casella Resource Solutions. He serves in ministry as an elder at Blessed Hope Church in Waterville and previously served as an Associate Pastor at Dunntown AC Church and as the Senior Pastor at Beals AC Church. Josh also serves on the executive board of Sports and Music Camp as Director of Counseling. Josh is an avid New England sports fan and enjoys guitar, photography and a good hot cup of coffee. He and his wife Renee will celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary this year. They have three children: Addie (10), Haleigh (7) and Bryce (3).
